When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached to receive a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, the In-N-Out Burger Company Store ships to addresses within the United States and select U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Can I use an In-N-Out Burger restaurant gift card online?
Restaurant gift cards are valid for food and beverage purchases at our restaurant locations only and cannot be used to purchase merchandise from the online Company Store.
How do I determine the right size for apparel?
A detailed size chart is available on each product page to help you find the perfect fit. Our apparel generally follows standard U.S. unisex sizing unless otherwise noted.
